I loved B&W and B&W2 way back when they came out. I would spend hours every day exploring every nook and cranny of each island, learning every trick/detail, having my pet learn all he could, just having an amazing time.
But then, the problem with discs happened. my copy got scratched and became unplayable, and my parents (I was like 12 at the time) wouldn't get another copy. Many years passed, and I saved up enough money to buy a deluxe copy of both B&W and B&W 2 from ebay. I was so happy. I got to play this amazing game again. But there was a problem with the disc it turns out. My game wasn't saving right. It would show that a save file was created, so I quit the game for the night. Next day, load it up and the opening cut scene starts playing(as if you started a new game). I had spent 10 hours saving every so often, only for this to happen. I lost all interest in playing it at that point.
Fast forward to now, I find this. A place I can get a DIGITAL copy, one that can't get scratched, of one of my favorite games, with fixes and patches. This is just amazing.
