first of all, thank you very much for this project, i stumbled across this a few days ago and was totally happy to see people with the same love to this game that i have.
As you can imagine, i started to download the game right away, but the download always stops at the File /Scripts/Creature Mind/C4ee41838.erc
Did any of you come across the same problem or know a solution to this?
I would really appreciate it.

the last time i checked the game installer it was working.. as for the server it just needs restarted once in a while..

well there hasn't been much of any reason to update anything, the client supports the game, and no progress has been made yet on the front of some new features.

What about making the client 1.4 compatible (unless that's done) and maybe seeing about upgrading the textures? Along with maybe seeing about redoing the campaign?

if by 1.4 you are talking about that "fan patch" I have reasons for not supporting it currently.

I am and it's improvements are better currently in my opinion as I can play completely in windowed mode and full screen with it however with the downloaded client I cannot without making sure I don't tab in and out. Sometimes it has crashed or closed on startup, I have done repair files multiple times and it just keeps replacing the audio files.
I used this guide (https://www.play-old-pc-games.com/2013/03/08/black-and-white/) to get an ISO version of the game working with pretty much no flaws except being unable to get windowed borderless to happen and resolution to go to 1080 height without cutting off part of the spell signs.
But it could be that the game just dislikes my computer being too far in the future for it along with windows 10 adding additional issues in the mix.
