So I Downloaded B&W off of the site but i still have a working cd copy of creature isle. I am wondering if i install it will it work with the game i downloaded? if so will i be able to use one of the extra creatures from that game online? and would the people i play need it as well?

I don't see a reason creature isle wouldn't work with the game, the multiplayer client however doesn't support it yet.
